Alison and I have circled many of the same people and scenes for awhile now, it was great to finally meet her. All of the kind words I had heard and the voice I saw on her instagram- uplifting, confident and unashamed, were totally confirmed. Reproductive care and reproductive mental health care especially are terribly under utilized fields. Access is really limited because of everything from legislative and financial priorities to social stigma and moral shame.
